From the end of July 2011, British Customs has stepped up its imports from China parcel inspection efforts, the parcel from China to implement 100% inspection.If your package's value over 15GBP, you will pay few tax/custom possible.If you buy more than 10 items at same time,I advise you don't need the gift box for each,you can save some shipping and the package look like smaller,maybe you can save some tax and custom.If you have any question,please contact me.

Signature Based Deliveries

Deliveries are made via our contracted couriers. Our couriers are signature-based and require someone to be present upon delivery. If you are not available, a contact card will be left and you can arrange for a suitable delivery time at your earliest convenience.

Shipping & Tracking Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, we will normally send you a dispatch notification with a tracking number through email. Alternatively, you can log in your account on our website and retrieve the tracking number in “order details”.

Missing Items

If you’ve found that an item is missing from your order, please contact us at ctygz@hotmail.com.

Please note it will take up to 40 working days for postal air mail to deliver ( standard shipping), if you do not receive the order after 60 days please let us know and we will arrange the refund.

For expedited shipping: Seperwar Jewelry will ONLY answer refund request after 30 days since the date of your initial payment. Seperwar Jewelry will NOT answer refund requests after 40 days since your initial payment.

For standard shipping: Seperwar Jewelry will ONLY answer refund requests after 60 days since the date of your initial payment. Seperwar Jewelry will NOT answer refund requests after 70 days since your initial payment.

Received Incorrect Order
